Adding an Item

You can add materials to a job that were not entered when the job was created. You can only add items that already exist in Micronet.

To add materials to a job:

  1. Display the Job Materials screen.

Refer to "Job Materials".

  1. Select the Add button on the bottom toolbar.

Micronet displays a menu.

  1. Select Item.

Micronet displays the Add Item screen.

 

  1. Choose the Select button in the Item field.

Micronet displays the Items screen.

  1. Search for the item you want to add.

Refer to "General - Items" for more information.

  1. You can view the item details by tapping the item and selecting the Details button.

Micronet displays the Item Details screen. Select the Back button to return to the Items screen.

  1. When you have found the correct item, tap the Select button.

Micronet redisplays the Add Item screen showing the selected item details.

   

  1. Select the Back button.

Micronet redisplays the Job Materials screen with the new item added to the job.

  1. Enter the quantity Used.

You can use the PDA's physical keyboard, or you can edit the item (refer to "Editing an Item").

  1. Continue processing the job.
